I'm on MC today...so pegi klinik amik ubat then dpt MC...pastu pegi Yebeng beli ikan cencaru...sekor RM3.50..sauk jer....

cili padi 10 batang

air asam jawa

* tumbuk semua bahan2 td

masuk kat belakang kan cencaru

then goreng

so...this is the output...itam legam....tp sedap...sbb yg hangus tu kulitnye jer...isis da sedang2 elok masak...sedap

Malam td..after balik dr bershoping kat TESCO Menjalara....beli brg nak buat pizza...almaklumlah sejak beli oven baru tu mane laa penah test guna la...so smalam ape lagi...lenjan laaa....so output dia mmg masyuk....sodap

ini dia pizza kitorg...yg ni loyang yg last dah...yg 1st ngan 2nd to x sempat snap....sedor2 dah masuk mulut dah

yg nih puding roti Che`ah......mixer xder...die pukul pakai sudip....sambil dok membebel kat aku...kesahnye nak bli whisker kat TESCO tp aku x kasik...x tringat pulak aku nak buat puding ni kena pukul telor....hahahhahahhaah

Choc Cupcakes Recipe

• Butter 170 gm
• Gula Castor 400 gm
• Telur 3 biji
• Esen Vanilla 1 tsp
• air 200 ml

Ayak

• Tepung 360 gm
• serbuk koko 50 gm
• soda bikarbonat 1 tsp
• Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
• garam 1/2 tsp

Caranya

1. Pukul butter dan gula castor smpi kembang
2. masukkn telur 1 by 1
3. masukkan bahan yg diayak
4. kacau sebati dan tamabh esen vanilla
5. masukkan air dan kacau rata
6. masukkan dalam cups dan bakar 20 minutes

Icing Cupcakes

• gula aising 3 cups
• butter (lambutkan) 1/2 cups
• esen vanilla 1 tsp

***pukul gula aising dan butter sampai jadik crean then tambah esen vanilla.

Resepi Kek Marble

Dear Cik Sheema, selamat mencuba resepi yg ni plak...kek ni kek feveret sepupu sepapat aku yg kecik2 tu...adik aku pon suke gak...tp aku kurg suke sikit sbb dier manis skit....

Bahan2

• gula castor 350gm
• butter 350gm
• tpg gandum 170gm
• tpg kek 100gm
• telur 6biji
• baking powder 1tsp
• esen vanilla 1tsp
• susu pekat 3tbs
• emulco pandan/ color hijau
• emulco coklat/color coklat
• emulco strawberry/color pink

***utk yg color suka ati ko ler nak ltak kaler ape pon

Cara2

1. pukul butter + gula + esen vanilla + baking powder sampai kembang
2. tambah telur 1 by 1 berselang seli dgn susu
3. tambah tpg sedikit2
4. bahagi kepada 3 color
5. bakar dlm loyang
6. 175 c ***yg ni kene depends pd jenis oven

huhuhuh...Shima woii...kekdahnye dah 2 kali buat kek suhu terlebey sudaaa...so pepandai ler ko nak adjust suhu dier yer..

Resepi Kek Prune

Kek feveet kitorg.....

yummy

• Prune 1 cup
• Tpg naik sendiri 1 1/2 cups
• soda bikarbonat 1 tbs
• telur 6 biji (asingkan putih dan kuning)
• gula 2/3 cups
• minyak jagung 2/3 cups
• esen vanilla 1 tbs
• raisin' 57 gm
• susu segar (suam) 120ml

1. renehkan prune dgn air (air sama rata dgn buah) sampai lembut dan kering
2. pukul putih telur sampai kembang
3. tambah gula berseling seli dgn merah telur
4. tambah esen vanilla + tpg + soda + prune (kaub balik)
5. tambah minyak + susu + raisin' (kaub balik)
6. bakar 140'C (45 minit @ sampai masak)

Resepi Kek Buah

Dear Cik Sheema, ni resepi kek buah aku...aku penah try buat tp ala2 x berapa nak menjadi gitu...ko try laa buat yer Sheema...dorg ckp kalo nak bagi buah-buahan tu x tenggelam, gaulkan dgn tepung gandum dulu...lpas tu baru masukkan dlk adunan...ko kan terer bab alter-mengalter kan...selamat mencuba yah...

Bahan2

A

1 cawan gula

1 cawan air

1 kotak buah campur brand 'BIG SISTER'(yg tertulis dlm resepi yer)

1/2 ketul butter

*rebus buah + gula (smpi larut)

*tambah 1 tbs soda (kecilkan api)

*sejukkan

B

2 biji telur dipukul sedikit(small whisk)

C

1 cawan tepung gandum

1 cawan tepung kek

*diayak bersama

Cara-caranya

1. masukkan A dalam B
2. masukkan C dan gaul sebati
3. lapikan kertas minyak, letakkan marjerin dan taburkan tepung
4. bakar lebih kurang 2-3 jam (api perlahan)

Gandum (segenggam)
Sagu Kecik (segenggam)--->direndam smpi kembang
Labu sebijik ( potong dadu)
gula merah
santan ( santan kara dlm kotak kecik)---yg RM1.90 tu

cara2...

• basuh gandum then rebus sampai kembang (byk air)
• dah kembang gandum tu, masukkan gula merah (agak2 manis),
• masukkan sagu
• masukkan santan
• last skali masukkn labu
• masak dgn api yg perlahan
• buleh serve dgn roti

Me as Telemarketer

"Oh please, find another job that pays about the same. Most telemarketer jobs are minimum wage or a bit more. About what you get at McDonald's." this my FB's friend told me after im asking him about the telemarketing job....but i've try already..and so far so good...

"I have done telemarketing before. It is a thankless job, from both ends. The costumers want off the phone and the management want you to hassle the costumers. And they push rather than thank." this is another thought shared by other friend....hermmmm...



Telemarketing is both easy and difficult. It is easy in that you have a script to read most times so you don't really have to think about what to say. The difficult part is that most times there is a base pay and a commission and that commission is usually tied to either an hourly or daily quota which is VERY HARD to get since most people usually hang up on telemarketers before they have the chance to finish their first sentence. If you read the newspaper you will always see postings for telemarketers and it's not because it's a booming field, it's because they have a VERY HIGH TURNOVER rate (read: lots of people are fired because they don't meet their quotas). If you happen to be luck and/or gifted and succeed in the field there can be some very good money in it. I'm agree with this....

Can't Handle???????????????

i can't handle me....................>yesterday i have a lot of thing in my mind to boost in here....but forgot already by the time i log in here....that happening to me since then....okeh...change the topic yahh...talking about my menu for today...

My breaking fast menu for today are...rice + chicken neck + chicken soup (we actually never mixed up the menu between seafood based and land food based---betul ker ayat ni)...if we have fish today as a main course...the other should be something from the sea also.....if we have chicken today, the other should be beef or mutton....vege???they suit both of them...i'm not the reason for that but i used to it...there must be a good reason behind that...jgn byk menyanyah..ikut jer...bkn bawak mati pon....

huarghhhhh....dirty clothes need to be clear...weekend is the perfect time to clear things off...but the wheather is just windy this morning....only if i have a washing machine aka 'anak dara Jepun'...then i can proceed to clean them...but this is manually clean it which means using your 'tenaga empat kerat'...in this fasting month...huhuuhuuhuhuh...by hook or by crook...i have to do it.....

last month i did a splendid job...achieve the target even im a new rooky...awarded as 'THE MOST IMPROVE NEW ROOKIES'...but what happen this month...i understand it just stating of the month...what if i didn't achieve this month target...gosh....hermmm....I did my best actually..but it just not my luck...the i've called is not as fantastic as last month...eventhough some are doing quite well...
